Anna Duggan
Anna Duggan is a Mental Health Therapist working towards her license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. She graduated with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marist College and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of the South.
Anna has worked with young adults & adults in various therapeutic settings. Her experience includes working at an intensive outpatient clinic and a university counseling center. She has a background in treating stress, anxiety, depression, & disordered eating. Additionally, she has expertise in helping clients improve communication, set boundaries, build self-esteem, and work on interpersonal relationships.
Anna believes that it is never too early to start therapy as mental wellness is a life-long journey. Her goal is to create a safe space for clients to explore their lived experiences. Anna uses an integrative approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She tailors her approach to meet her client’s unique needs & presenting concerns.
