
Marianna Delegas
Marianna Delegas is a Mental Health Clinician working towards her licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. She received her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling & School Adjustment Counseling from Lesley University, and her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology from Suffolk University.
Marianna has several years of experience working with various populations, youth to geriatric, in a variety of settings, including intensive outpatient care, community mental health centers, private practice, and school settings. She has extensive experience working with grief, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, adjustments & major life transitions.
Marianna takes a holistic, whole-person approach to mental health, creating a safe and welcoming space where clients can confidently begin their path towards healing and understanding their truest self. She believes in bringing authenticity, humor, and warmth into the therapeutic space. Marianna emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic relationship and collaboration so that care is client-driven. Marianna incorporates a variety of treatment modalities including: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered, & Solution Focused Therapy to meet the client where they are at.
